How to Prepare

Sift

Sift ½ tsp of matcha into a bowl or cup to remove any clumps.

Add Water

Add 2oz of hot water at 175°F. Never use boiling water — it will bitter the matcha.

Whisk

Whisk briskly in a W motion for 20–30 seconds until frothy.
