Hot Coconut Matcha Latte

Prep: Less than 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 cup soy (almond works too) milk
- 1/4 cup coconut milk (or 2-3 tbsps coconut butter)
- 1 tbsp agave/honey for sweetness
- 1 tsp Greenboxed matcha powder
- Few dashes of cinnamon
Instructions
1. Warm up both milks in the microwave (in separate cups) for 45 secs to a min or until hot (too boiling liquid will damage the matcha)
2. In a new cup, pour in the matcha powder & a little bit of the soy milk to whisk together
3. Whisk w/bamboo stick or spoon until all the matcha chunks are gone
4. Pour the matcha mixture and rest of ingredients in blender and blend. Enjoy!
